Upon initial contact, our candidates are phone screened which is followed by a formal face-to-face interview prior to client submission. Prior to placement, reference checks and background screenings, per client specifications, are conducted. DeLong Staffing Specialists participate in the DFSP (Drug-Free Safety Program) and all DeLong Staffing Specialists candidates are drug tested within 24-hours of any job offer made by a client company.
